Intro Package (3 sessions): $270 + HST
Single session: $130 + HST
Package of 5 sessions: $550 + HST
Package of 10 sessions: $1000 + HST
Package of 20 sessions: $1900 + HST

Semi-private sessions

Bring your friend, partner or family member! Or, we can find someone with similar goals to share a session with you. Working out with a partner can be more motivating, fun and effective.

Intro Package (3 sessions): $135 + HST
Single Session: $80 + HST
Pack of 5 sessions: $350 + HST
Pack of 10 sessions: $650 + HST
Pack of 20 sessions: $1200 + HST

Trio sessions

Trio group classes include three participants. Bring your friend, partner or family member! Working out with friends can be more motivating, fun and effective.
