Studio policies and etiquette

We strive to make Leaside Pilates a clean and welcoming space for all. The studio is founded on a deep respect for the practices we teach and for people who make up our community. Please follow these simple guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone:

• All appointments are subject to a 24-hours cancelation policy. As a “by appointment only” business, this 24 hour cancellation policy is essential to our survival. If you fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.

• Please refrain from wearing strong scents. 

• Please remove shoes upon entering the studio.

• In order to help you achieve proper form, your instructors will use hands on cueing. Let your instructor know if you have reservations or are uncomfortable being touched.

• We kindly ask that you turn off or silence your cell phone before class begins, to avoid interruptions to you and others during their sessions.
